Contracted to undertake stage 2 of air-conditioning on the third floor of a six storey building, our works consisted of a Daikin VRV system, with condenser mounted three floors above the fan coil units consisting of under-ceiling cassettes and wall mounted units.
A central fresh air system supplying outside air to the newly conditioned areas and an exhaust system were also completed.
A new central controller was connected to the existing BMS, which controls our works, plus works undertaken by the previous contractor under stage 1.
