This Multi- story building consists of basement plantrooms, offices and holding cells.
Promptair demolished two plantrooms and installed two new ducted systems, including heat reclaim coils, filter plenums and magnoheylic gauges.
In line evaporative cooling units and exhaust fans were installed to replace existing aged units and ductwork adapted to fit to existing duct runs.
Hi- wall splits were also installed to condition previously unconditioned areas.
Promptair’s staff did an excellent job in keeping with the client’s schedule and special needs in dealing with occupied cell areas.
A BMS system to control the units was installed, as well as a pull down access ladder to access some roof mounted equipment.
