Resthaven Mitcham Stage 2
New wings were added onto existing structure, with Mechanical services required comprising of Cassette systems, Duo wall splits and ensuite/ toilet exhaust systems. Some alteration of existing services was also required. In total 71 fan coils and 41 condensers were installed.
