Marryatville High School Science Building

This project was undertaken around class times and in holidays to ensure the school was able to function with minimal disruptions.

There was no builder involved as the head contractor, therefore all building work was to be undertaken by Promptair and their specialist subcontractors.

Existing evaporative systems were demolished and asbestos roofing membrane was removed to install a new non asbestos waterproof membrane.

Daikin Heat reclaim ventilators, split ducted, ceiling cassette and wall mounted systems were used to condition classrooms and teachers prep areas.

A new Fantech general exhaust fan and outside air fan were required.

Parts of the ceiling and bulkheads were taken down and replaced once demolished ductwork was removed. A new roof access hatch with pull down ladder and rooftop walkways and platforms were installed. Lighting and power upgrades also formed part of this contract.
