A new nursing home comprising of three floors. Bedrooms and specialty areas such as hairdresser rooms were conditioned via Daikin wall split systems (approx 140 units). Ensuite and toilet exhaust were extracted via inline ‘Fans Direct’ fans attached to heat/light/fan bathroom fans.
Corridors, nurses offices, basement kitchen and dining areas were conditioned via Daikin ceiling cassettes.
Canteen and Admin areas were conditioned via Apac split ducted systems.
Activity room was conditioned via Apac packaged units mounted on the roof, completed by circular outlets and low level return air.
Kitchen and dishwasher exhausts were served by roof mounted exhaust fans, decorative domestic type range hoods and stainless steel dishwasher hoods.
Bedroom condensers for the lower two levels are mounted on the walls contained within lattice cages provided by the builder.
