Concordia College
Currently under construction- this new Resource centre is one of our largest project to date and consists of split ducted systems, built up heat reclaim housings consisting of supply, exhaust fans and enclosed coils.
Economy cycle, wall split units, exhaust and supply air fans all form part of this new two storey building.
Some supply air and ventilation fans along with new wall mounted splits are also required to condition parts of the existing building.
A new building management system will control the majority of the mechanical services.
