Aldinga Beach Court Residential Care Facility
This project was completed over 2 stages.
Stage one comprised of works to the admin and houses 5,6&7 using Mitsubishi VRF units including ducted and high wall indoor units, Mitsubishi lossnay systems to temper fresh air and Fantech general exhaust fans.
This was a challenging exercise, including a comprehensive redesign effort to ensure all equipment fit within the structure.
Stage two kitchen works included an Aira Heat/ Cool/ Ventilation rooftop package, Seeley evaporative unit, Fantech kitchen and dishwasher exhaust fans complete with associated ductwork and stainless steel hoods.
