Resthaven Mitcham Stage 2 New wings were added onto existing structure, with Mechanical services required comprising of Cassette systems, Duo wall splits and ensuite/ toilet exhaust systems. Some alteration of existing services was also required. In total 71 fan coils and 41 condensers were installed. |

Concordia College Currently under construction- this new Resource centre is one of our largest project to date and consists of split ducted systems, built up heat reclaim housings consisting of supply, exhaust fans and enclosed coils. Economy cycle, wall split units, exhaust and supply air fans all form part of this new two storey building. Some supply air and ventilation fans along with new wall mounted splits are also required to condition parts of the existing building. A new building management system will control the majority of the mechanical services. |

Swanbury Penglase Architects Offices With a roof mounted central chiller and boiler connected to two basement/ plantroom located fan coil units, this project is very different from the normal. Large diameter underground PVC pipes provide fresh air into the plantroom plenum. Many floor mounted circular diffusers deliver conditioned air to the offices and library areas. Built in floor consoles and ducted systems condition other offices and meetings rooms alike. A new building management system will control the majority of the mechanical services. |
