St Andrews School A new multi-purpose hall/ music area was built and conditioned by packaged units, split ducted systems, cassette and wall mounted split unit. Continuous linear slot diffusers added to the aesthetics of this beautiful new building. Fresh air, economy cycle systems, toilet exhaust and a BMS with web-browser capabilities. This is a project of which we are particularly proud. An outstanding job received great reviews from builder, consultant and architect. |

Uni of SA Reid Building Contracted to undertake stage 2 of air-conditioning on the third floor of a six storey building, our works consisted of a Daikin VRV system, with condenser mounted three floors above the fan coil units consisting of under-ceiling cassettes and wall mounted units. A central fresh air system supplying outside air to the newly conditioned areas and an exhaust system were also completed. A new central controller was connected to the existing BMS, which controls our works, plus works undertaken by the previous contractor under stage 1. |

Metro. Domiciliary Care Western Region Dust Extraction This project consisted of replacement of internal dust extraction system with new reverse pulse duct collection unit and associated fans, attenuators and ductwork. All building works including plinths, penetrations and electrical works were within our scope of works. |

Metro. Domiciliary Care Western Region Ground Floor A/C All internal works on this project were completed out of hours, which consisted of 28 multi-head fan coil units and two fresh air dedicated ducted split systems. All internal pipework and electrical was exposed and covered with decorative capping. This project included various building works associated with the removal of existing room Air Conditioners from windows. |

Pasadena High School Tower Arts Centre This project involved the installation of Evaporative cooling, Reverse Cycle split systems in line gas furnaces and gas radiant heaters along with all associated fresh air systems and exhaust systems controlled by local movement sensors. |
